About me

I'm Dipti Daryanani and I'm a Psychodynamic Counsellor & Psychotherapist.  This means I work with people who need longer term help to understand their inner thoughts and feelings and take more control of their lives.  My private practice is Redefine Therapy Ltd based at The Abbots Ripton Clinic in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.

I am registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), ensuring I meet professional standards of practice and ethics in my work with clients and am updated by regular continuous professional development.  My MSc in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy, provides academic rigour to my practice.  Additionally, my volunteer work with Age UK Camden, an NHS affiliated service, underscores my commitment to supporting individuals through life transitions.
